All issues with your order must be notified to us within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and still in the original packaging.
To return your product, you should contact our sales team on 01789 206600 for further instructions, or email email@example.com. No returns will be accepted without authorisation from our sales team.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, has missing parts, or was incorrectly shipped due to customer error. In such cases either a minimum handling charge of £25.00 or 15% of invoice value handling charge will apply whichever is the greater.
Once your return is received and inspected, and, your complaint is upheld, we will then issue a credit note, you can then contact us to arrange your refund if replacement goods have not already been arranged for you.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
